This group will focus on providing support and psychoeducation to parents of teens with anxiety. As parents of anxious teens, it can be difficult to know where to start in supporting your teen, especially if everything is “the end of the world” to them. In this group, parents will learn how to validate feelings, how to support helpful coping skills, and how to help your teen reframe their thoughts.
